Get Golf Fit Series Introduction

In this golf fitness series, fitness expert Jon Ship brings a series of videos to be watched over a 4 week period which aim to help you to work towards building a quicker and more consistent golf swing. 

The golf specific workouts are designed so golfers can get their body more flexible and to create more effective movements in their swing for more speed.  Helping to create efficiency and assist sequencing so you can get the most out of your coaching sessions.  

The exercises can de done at home or at a gym to help the golfer be more flexible and assist with hitting the ball further and straighter off the tee.  

The key is helping golfers enjoy there golf more by being ready and fit for golf our motto is Swing Easy And Let It Fly!
